In accordance with ANSI/ISEA Z308.1-2015, Class A and Class B Kits, and Type I, II, III, & IV Containers:

Class A Kits = includes contents designed for the most common types of workplace injuries from minor cuts to major wounds.

Class B Kits = includes a broader range and quantity of contents to deal with injuries in more complex or high-risk environments from multiple casualties to life threatening blood lose.

Type I = indoor, mountable, intended for stationary use.

Type II = indoor, portable use with minimal potential for damage.

Type III = indoor/outdoor, portable and moutable with water-resistant seal.

Type IV = indoor/outdoor, portable and mountable, waterproof seal, corrosion, moisture, and impact resistance.

⦁ Monthly First Aid Kit (FAK) and Fire Extinguisher (FE) service program = $450.00 per/month

⦁ 1 Fully Stocked First Aid Kit, wall mounted or keep it portable. *guidance on the contents being “approved by the consulting physician” letter from your occupational clinic

⦁ 1 First Aid Wall Sign, mounted

⦁ Monthly FAK visual inspection and restocking up to two kits (includes like-for-like unitized supplies)

⦁ Monthly FE visual “10 POINT” inspection, tag sign-off with unlimited # of FEs, FE location signage and wall hanger/hook replacement as needed (does not include wall cabinets, brackets, or FE replacements)

*It is the responsibility of the employer to keep both FAK and FEs free from obstructions, debris, and/or stored materials.
