Training & Certification

Compliance Program Training:

Instructional safety training is required for all workplace situations that may cause harm to and or expose employees and/or others to potential hazards. Factors and format of training vary and are influenced by the potential for injury/illness, level of training, and frequency. Most procedures and job tasks require some aspect of safety or awareness training.

TRAINING FORMAT- may include formal, informal, test taking, combination of classroom instruction and hands-on, and/or a minimum of hours performed in some instances.

Powered Industrial Trucks [P.I.T.] Training:

1. Forklift Train-the-Trainer, 5hr onsite interactive and behind-the-wheel evaluation demonstrating safe operating skills (minimum 2 mgrs/spvrs) = $375 ea.

2. Forklift New Operator Training, 4hr onsite- Deep dive training for new personnel or workers with little to no forklift experience, also requires behind-the-wheel evaluation (minimum 2 personnel)= $175 ea.

3. Forklift Refresher Training, 1hr onsite- For current operators without the need for behind the wheel evaluation (minimum 2 personnel) = $80 ea.

Hazardous Materials Management Training:

The following certified training is offered with our Safety Management Systems (SMS) affiliate conducted on campus at Cal State Fullerton.

1. Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER)- 40hr = $350 / 24hr = $275 / 8hr = $100

2. Hazardous Materials Technician Level- 24hr = $275

3. California Waste Management (RCRA) & DOT HAZMAT HM-181 = $275

3. DOT HAZMAT HM-181 = $195
